Why buy a bike from NWTB?

Full shopBecause it’s in both your and our best interest to make sure you leave a shop with the right bike, we take the time to learn just exactly which bike that is.  You can expect us to ask a lot of questions about the type of riding you’ll be doing and your past experience.  We’ll spend time determining the best size and what bikes will fit into your budget.

Our in-store selection of bikes covers the spectrum of road bikes, triathlon bikes, hardtail mountain bikes, and hybrids.

Our brands (Cannondale, Cervelo, Quintana Roo, and Felt) stand behind their products.  They were selected carefully and with purpose to assure we could fit our customers on great equipment and be confident about the quality of your purchase

Before you take a bike outside for a test ride, we’ll probably want to put it (and you!) on a stationary trainer so we can find just the right saddle height and make any bar adjustments so that your test ride is the best test possible.  And if you happen to find the bike of your dreams here, we’ll do a complete fit and record every measurement.  We’ll keep a record of that on file and give you a copy so we’ll all know what the dimensions were when you left.  If, in the future, you make changes to the fit, you can always go back and compare to the previous measurements.

We install a bottle cage on each bike sold and you’ll get to pick out a fresh new water bottle….both of those are free!

We’ll provide service on your bike for a year after purchase.

Our prices are the “Minimum Advertised Price” – which is approximately 10% lower than MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price)

The staff at NWTB have all been around the bike and/or triathlon industry for a long time.  Some of our sales staff have 2-3 decades of racing experience and our mechanics have worked at numerous shops before finding their home here.

We look forward to having you visit the store – stop in soon!
